Europarts Garage Refund and Returns Policy

Used Ex-Europe Auto Parts and Accessories:
Due to the nature of used auto parts and accessories, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that issues may arise. Returns or exchanges for used parts may be considered under the following specific circumstances:
- Part Defect: If the used part is found to be defective or not as described upon receipt, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. We may require photographic or video evidence of the defect.
- Incorrect Part: If you receive the incorrect part due to an error on our part, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery. The part must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Warranty Claims: If the used part is covered by a limited warranty (if applicable), the terms of that warranty will apply. Contact us for specific warranty details.
Conditions for Used Part Returns:
- The part must be returned within 28 days of authorization.
- The part must be in the same condition as when it was shipped, including all original packaging and accessories.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect part).
- Returned parts will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after inspection.
Garage Services:
Our garage services are backed by a 2 weeks warranty on labor. If you experience any issues with the service performed within this period, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make the necessary repairs at no additional cost to you.
Conditions for Garage Service Warranty Claims:
- You must notify us of the issue within 14 days of the service completion.
- The issue must be directly related to the service performed by Europarts Garage.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors, such as accidents, neglect, or improper use.
Refund Process:
Once a return is authorized and the returned part is received and inspected, or a valid service warranty claim is verified, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow 21 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exclusions:
This Return and Refund Policy does not apply to:
- Special Order Parts: Parts that are specifically ordered for you and are not regularly stocked are generally non-returnable.
- Electrical Parts: Electrical parts are often non-returnable due to their sensitivity.
- Damaged Parts (Customer Caused): We are not responsible for damage caused by the customer during installation or use.
- Installed Parts: Once a part has been installed, it is generally non-returnable unless covered by a warranty.
- Consumable Items: Items such as fluids, filters, and gaskets are typically non-returnable.
