• All purchases of used ex-Europe auto parts and accessories are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
• Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraud.  

3. Used Parts Disclaimer:

• Used auto parts and accessories are sold “as is” and without any express or implied warranties, except as specifically stated in writing.
• While we strive to provide accurate descriptions of our used parts, we do not guarantee their condition or suitability for a particular purpose.
• It is your responsibility to verify the compatibility of used parts with your vehicle before installation.

4. Garage Services Warranty:

• Our garage services are covered by a 14 days warranty on labor. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by external factors, such as accidents, neglect, or improper use.

5. Intellectual Property:

• All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Europarts Garage and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.  
• You may not use any content from our website without our prior written consent.  

6. Disclaimer of Warranties:

• We make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
